Rose Petal Love Scrub

Now that winter is over my skin needs some serious therapy. I usually don't fuss much over my skin. Shaving and a little bit of lotion is really all it gets. This past winter was a little rough on my body. To make me feel better about being stuck in the house with the dipping temps outside my fiance kept a steady supply of fresh roses in the house. Glancing over and seeing or smelling fresh flowers has always made my day a little bit better. I decided to take that comfort and make it even more useful! I turned my roses into a body scrub!

You'll need:
1 1/2 cups White Sugar
1/2 cup Baby Oil, regular or scented
20 Fresh Rose Petals (approximately 1 large rose)

To make this super simple scrub pour the sugar into the bowl of a food processor along with the baby oil and rose petals. Pulse for thirty or 40 seconds and then scrape down the sides of the bowl. You want to be sure not to leave any large pieces of rose petal. Pulse until all the petals are finely processed, You don't have to worry too much about combining all the sugar because you can always use a rubber spatula or a spoon to thoroughly mix it in after the petals are the right size.

That's it! Now just fill your favorite jar with your newly made sugar scrub and exfoliate your heart out! Enjoy loves! <3

**This scrub stays fresh for about 3 weeks**
